NPCs cops in vehicles - calypsomen - 12.02.2016

Hello everyone, I would like to know if it would be possible to make npcs police officers in their vehicles following us to stop us when we have stars like in the singleplayer mode ?

It would take ages to make and it wouldn't look at all fluid. Requires GPS plugin to do pathfinding.
