Phpmyadmin - Zamora - 04.02.2016

I don't know if its a wrong section or what, but whatever.

I've installed WAMPSERVERS so I can run mysql in windows, anyways, I'm following the steps Here but my localhost/phpmyadmin/ is not showing anything.
