Please Help - kirostar - 01.02.2016

Please help me fixing this problem:

I installed Microsoft visual c++ 2010 redist and everything
and tried to create new user but the same problem..

please help

I had this problem at one point, however I could never fix it so I left SA-MP for more then two years until I bought a new computer.

Is this on a new install? or has it just started happening?

Have you installed any mods, or other runtimes around when this started?

It's clean..
re-installed it many times.

Have you deleted the actual folder you installed to, and the settings files?

Has it ever actually worked on that machine before?

Yes deleted it, And yes worked before.
