How to make a heaven map - SteSte - 01.02.2016

Hey guys I am working on a filterscript by just using the command /god you become god yourself for example when your god you can fly, create a door to a higher realm, teleport and more but i don't know how to create a map so if anyone can teach me how plz reply. so it should be a simple map by using the command /hdoor by god it should open. The map should be way way high up the clouds the door is an object created which you can enter
