I'd guess you are having an issue with your default gta files.
Try reinstalling it without any mods, that could fix the issue.

I trid to reinstall GTA several times all clean fils. All other servers work just this dont i dont know what is problem.

Update your graphics driver, like nvidia.

If all other servers work, but this won't then it's more likely an issue with that server

@FRY didnt work i have latest drivers

@Sascha i dont know lol server have 100+ players and im only who have that problem
