The current SA-MP Client is SA-MP 0.3.7.

NPCs are not removed in 0.3.7.

I know that FCNPC Is working only on 0.3z version

FCNPC is a plugin which let you create NPCs (bots). It works on all 0.3 SA-MP Versions, including 0.3e and 0.3.7 which is the current version..
