in the settings everything is written, but the server is still not visible in the tab stands on its own machine

it's a bug of some sort with the server package itself. The internet tab is simply echoing the hosted tab.

Wait for the update which might be coming out next 8 months I assume..
They messed up this time , eh when doesnt sa-mp team mess up? Every update fixed 1 bug but brings tons of other bugs...
