FCNPC error - Champagne - 26.01.2016

What am i doing wrong?

I got everything i need for FCNPC and have marked it in my server.cfg (I didn't type .so in the server.cfg incase that helps)

I am using the latest version and SA-MP 0.3.7 (Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit)

Did you include the FCNPC in you gamemode?

?, FCNPC isn't a filterscript or a gamemode, please rephrase that question.

It's an include dude. At least, check their full tutorial.

Yes, And i have read the tutorial, still isn't working.
