Changing My Server IP - LifeRah - 26.01.2016
i have a SA-MP server with number IP but i want to change it to words
From:- 107.172.253.78:7777
To:- samp.fg-rp.com:7777
I also have a .com domain(www.fg-rp.com) please help me.

This must be done using DNS settings of your domain, depends on what domain provider your using , however its the same way, in the DNS zone settings you must add a record for the server ip...

It is possible to do using sub-domains in 1&1, and adding the server ip as a record for that subdomain, crappy cp must say that 1&1 has, i actually have some domains with them never needed to set a record for a game server on any of the ones i have with them lol..
Ps : i believe that OP has it sorted now
Might need to do a tutorial on this as many people don't seam to know how to do it..

I explained to him by skype how to do it and its done now, however he has not updated the topic here as sorted, or resolved whatever...
