Download Filezilla(i use it) and just Do it yourself And Why are you sharing your Details with everyone.
You can do it yourself you must do it yourself.

Step 1: Download And Install Filezilla
Step 2: Click Add New site in Site Manager(FileZilla) and then Add your Details.
Step 3: Upload the files to the directory you want to.
Step 4: Go to your panel and then restart the server and your done.

Was that hard enough ?
