Paradise Island - Champagne - 24.01.2016

What is this?
Hello guys this is basically a Vacation Island like the Bahamas, It's pirate-themed, I was going to do a castle at first but i haven't seen a lot of "unique" cities or islands coming out so i decided to make this, And this is my first official map that took roughly 5 hours.

Rules
Positive comments as well as Constructive Criticism is appreciated, Flaming is prohibited and Requests may be done if possible.

looks nice all in all, although maybe you should try to prevent grounds that are at different heights 'cause that always looks stupid..
Maybe you also should place a stair onto the pier, so you can actually reach it from the island
