Plugins Problem. - TheLegend1 - 23.01.2016

i am having some problems while i start the server.
I am usng an linux server please help me out

i got this problem too use mysql_static.so R7 it will work without any problem
or if you have VPS so try download MySQL R7 SDK and lib files
