Laptop help - Luis- - 20.01.2016

Right. I would of posted this in the PC Questions thread but I don't think it would of been viewed as much.

I'm looking for some reccomendations on a cheap but realible Laptop, which would allow me to run San Andreas. I'm not looking for something high end, obviously most Laptops can run San Andreas, just not on the maximum settings.

My price range is upto Ј200. So, any help is greatly appreciated!

What are you planning on doing with this laptop apart from SA-MP?

Re: Laptop help - Luis- - 20.01.2016

I have been looking. When it comes to thinhgs hardware related, i'm shit! Why do half of the new Laptops not come with an optical drive?

I'd get a Desktop but they're a little overpriced!

Re: Laptop help - Spydro - 20.01.2016

There you go, Has an optical drive and is a desktop for under Ј200.

I'll suggest you to buy a used Dell Inspiron 1520, It's an old laptop but you can build it up yourself just like i did.

Re: Laptop help - JameZZ - 21.01.2016

Why not build a PC yourself and run almost any game at 60 FPS?
Look at this 350$ PC which can run GTA V at 1920x1080 resolution at high settings 60 FPS.

The parts are a bit old, which means you can get new ones for even less value. I bought a stupid laptop for 680$ and I regretted the hell out of buying it.

To be honest, i'd love to have a Desktop but i've got limited space and i'm on a budget. Plus I prefer coding in comfort!
