Title says enough, i literally just built a new PC with the new Skylake i5 6600k and a GTX 970 , and my frames in sa-mp are whack!! WTF?

Set your FPS Limit in your GTA:SA to OFF.

Got same gear as u and have same problem but only on samp if i play sa singel player i get over 80 fps

Switch your setting visual fx quality on low
Disable Anti aliasing and wide screen, and reduce your draw distance
(see Advanced setup)

One may use scripts for FPS UP
Example: FPSUnlock.cs, binthesky_by_DK.cs, NoShadows.asi, crashes.asi
I use this, my fps 150-170

The game won't look that good if use GTAShrinkerWin.exe
