DigiHP and Armor HELP - Mohito6 - 16.01.2016

Hello gentlemen.
I was looking for a DigiHP and Armor cleo script in order to have have a digital indication on my stats as you may guessed. I found a lot of versions of this script but none of them fitted my screen. I am playing on 1920x1080 resolution and every single one of the scripts that I've tried fitted like this on my HUD. I also have to mention that I am using some Widescreen_Fix files in my game directory wich allows me to play at 1080p resolution. I need someone to program this script for me in order to fit on my screen. I have no clue about Sanny Builder and Cleo scripting so I don't even wish to try it myself. I would be really thankful to anyone who'll spend time to help me. I will be checking this post very often.

P.S.: Here's a photo of my HUD without the script. I thought it might be helpful to the guy who decides to help me in order to set the correct coordinates.
