RunTime Error :( - maxQ - 15.01.2016

Hey Sup? Guys..! The reason for starting this topic is I'm facing a new fu***ng problem which is troubling me a lot.The problem is: I cant pay SA-MP.When I tried to open it a POP-UP is opening stating that a 'RUNTIME' Error.Anyone knows how to solve this?

Reinstall GTA and samp. Preferrably in a different folder.

Not the version you've got... A proper bought copy. Installing via the install process, not just running a batch file to "set" things up for you.

Install to a new folder, whilst also deleting the GTA User Settings folder in Documents. (Mainly the gta_sa.set file and those ones)
