Barricade Help - UNLIMIT3D - 11.01.2016

Hello!
I have been looking around for a way to improve my server and I found an MTA SA video which shows some gadgets like a barricade shield.
I know it's from MTA SA but I am pretty sure it's possible to create a script that deploys an unbreakable object once you press 2 that will appear for 20 seconds with a text near it that count down the 20 seconds.
Do you guys know how to make such a thing?
