How to make auto car respawn with notification if auto car respawn timer left is 10 seconds sendclientmessagetoall "All server vehicles will respawned in 10 seconds"

Set a timer for 9m50s, send chat message and set another timer for 10s, respawn the cars & set up the first timer again.

yeah i know it , but how to detect if the timer left is 10s ? can you show me a example script ?
