Looking for UCP - chsulaj - 09.01.2016

I've been looking to get UCP for my Server!

My server is running with Windows (I'm not using mysql in my Gamemode)

Is there any chance to get UCP for my sever ini based!

If yes tell me how to get it done and any kind of UCP template or what ever!
