Player crash on die - Nin9r - 09.01.2016

Hello! I have a problem with my server. Sometimes, some players receive crash on die. The killerid, playerid or another player near them. Which could be the reason? Thanks a lot.

Sorry For Posting Here For Nothing But Can i be Admin on your SERVER Bro ? I know cmds ~! I i have server But want be admin in other server
