1. Remove this big letters it's annoying.
2. Search in your script about a command makeadmin or setlevel but first login in RCON.
3. The Users folder will be located in scriptfiles.

Search on ****** "Free SA-MP Host", I guess you will find something.
Or try ultra-h or GalaxyHostFree, or buy a cheap host and stay safe better than free hosting.
