player cant join mysql problem - Stgnature - 05.01.2016

when new player connect it saw he is alredy register while he never connect to server

on logs it say
[19:16:47] [join] marielys has joined the server
[19:16:59] Player 1 in OnReuestSpaw #1
[19:16:59] Player 1 in OnReuestSpaw #3

how to fix it?
