Save user accounts to MySQL For a UCP - TheMafien - 05.01.2016

Hello,
Can someone possibly tell me how to save user accounts to a MySQL Base to use in a UCP (Currently the script saves accounts locally and I want to keep this but also add a MySQL Saving function)
