Can you help me To Make this script Use <y_ini> include or etc.. but Dont use Mysql because i dont understand About MYSQL and Make Save system !

Up to you, I Just want You help me to Make This FS With Save system ,, Like Use : y_ini etc.. But dont use Mysql because i cant Understand about Mysql ! !
