there is something i don't understand and need help in i have a server and my hosting company offers a free host when i buy a domain the thing is i want to make a forum for my server so if i bought the domain and uploaded the php package to it then the forum is created or how does it works?

You can try one of the FREE FORUM WEBSITES
Example:
www.proboards.com
Then you can UPGRADE it to a .COM

It really doesn't depend on PHP or HTML,
if you need a FORUM then Try www.proboards.com
