How do server like NGRP and other get there IP as samp. something? Is it a redirect IP or something else?
How do you do it?

It just a DNS Redialer.
You can also do it tho.

Create an A record if im right or cname in the domain panel then put your IP there.

A record.
Replace 192.168.1.1 with your SA:MP server IP and the samp.msservers.com with whateveryouwant.yourdomain.tld

You people have forgotten to mention that you will first need a domain name to do that. Once you've purchased a domain name (or a free one), then you can deal with A Records.
