MySQL phpMyadmin - E7mad - 26.12.2015

Hello, I'm using MySQL in my localhost, now, I decided to move the database in my localhost into an internet host.
Where can I find the code of the database that includes "CREATE TABLE `users` ...." ?
I mean, if I put this code in the internet host, the database gets created and same to the tables in it.

Help fast please, players are waiting to finish the update!

"export" tab; first click on the Database, then export.
