I keep getting this error: [21:03:06] Script[gamemodes/1.8.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"
After getting this error I recompiled the gm and placed it into game modes. Got the same error So I put the GM in script files. Didn't work either. So I put in the the main directory didn't work either. I'm very confused at this. I rent a server, so I want it up as soon as possible because I don't want to be paying my host for stuff i'm not using.

If you have ANY suggestions let me know and I will try it.

Oh, ps it's hosted on a pc running windows 2003 server.

Are you sure 1.8.amx is inside your gamemodes directory? And are you sure the gamemode you are trying to run is called "1.8"? Also do you run any plugins like the mysql or irc plugin?

Yes to all besides the IRC plugins. Having issues with my host allowing me to upload .dll files...

try naming it something other than digits and decimal points. I know it sounds stupid, but its worth a shot. Call it hi.amx and make sure you change "gamemode" line in server.cfg to reflect the new name.

Took out everything that has to do with the irc channel because my host wont let me upload irc.dll and it works. So the person who first responded was correct. Thanks a ton to everyone that helped.
