PhoneBook working but not saving - blanic - 08.12.2015

This is the code of phonebook, it's working but it can't save on file the slots so it doesn't change the name of slots I want to save

This is my saving system and I can't shape the code which save what I type in my slots to my saving system, may you help me? Converting the saving system of the first pastebin to that one I use that's this one below
