It's probably 3941/3942, mapped so it looks like in the picture.
Next time use MTA for scrolling through Building section, it took me less than 2 minutes to find.

Found in less than a minute using Prineside's dev website.

Scroll down until you get to 3940 and 3941.
Also, there is a new feature in Texture Studio I added which allows you to search for models by dimensions. All you would need to do is find the relative sizes of the building and input the findings!
