Some questions about textdraws - AlexBlack - 06.12.2015

Hi, i have some questions about textdraws and i need anwsers, so i want to check if the textdraw is selectionned or not, a callback that detect that, i have seen that before in some servers that makes for example if textdraw is selectionned another textdraw will be appear, thank's for advance.
