Do you have your server port forwarded?

Some routers do not allow their owners to "ping" their own external ip-addresses.

You can use an external service to check if your ports are forwarded correctly and if people can see your server.
SACNR server offers a monitor that checks server availability - check it here

If you want to connect to your own server, type in address "localhost" or "127.0.0.1:7777".

You'd have more luck finding a person with better experience in this if you posted this in the correct forum - Server Support
