what does it mean in english?

if it is that respect bar, it's probably because of spraytags objects somewhere in your script. it can cause crashes sometimes.

spray objects from single player, gang tags. but not these from samp.img (id 18659-18667) - the ones from MTA

if you put them yourself, just remove them from the code.
if not, there's nothing you can do. you can try RemoveWorldObject, but i'm not sure if it will work on this type of obj.

I believe that bar is programmed in the game itself but not on SA-MP.
Removing it is impossible i think, I have been experiencing these bars whenever i got my money too high or when i get my money too low.
