DirectX 9.0 - iFoxTheRoleplayer - 14.11.2015

I've never downloads SA:MP on my own before (GTA too) and I managed to get it but I cannot connect to any server as it says that I have to have directX 9.0.

Note: I've got very little knowledge about SA:MP & files so you'll have to be very specific.
