pawno compiler error. - luxeon - 26.12.2008

When i push 'compile' aka 'F5' it gives me this error: (yes i have re-downloaded the Server files!)

/imageshack/my.php?image=lolpwn1dv2.png

(Error: unable to execute compiler)
I should mention, that when opening pawn script it writes: ..desktop\script.pwn is not a valid win32 application

Do you have .net Framework 2 or Higher?

Does it happen on every gamemode you want to compile?

1) how to check what Framework i have?
2)that doesn't matter(its pawn problem ,not script), but still i will say 'yes'.

Check for missing files in the pawno folder.

I have re-downloaded server file's as i have already mentioned.
There is nothing wrong with my server's folder.
