MYSQL wont save or load - xDanielx - 07.11.2015

Hi guys,i made server and i got all player data and all player bans ,i uploaded them but when i run my server and when someone try to login from same name like in database,it says that that name is not registred and any stats wont load or save.Only houses are saved.Help
