Remote occupied vehicle control hack - IllidanS4 - 28.10.2015

I've seen some people on my server being able to control other people's cars via some hacks. How to detect/prevent that? And how can this be even possible? I thought players could only control remote unoccupied vehicles.

Typically, these types of hacks place the player as driver of the vehicle, SA-MP doesn't do any internal checking regarding this.
