Problem Server - flashcraft705 - 26.10.2015

Hi everyone,
i have an problem when i run my server all files loads but he show me an problem with the gamemode.

try Updating your Plugins.

Update all your plugins , includes , pawno , samp-server.exe , re-check your server.cfg for any errors and re-compile your gamemode.

Ok i go test this but how can i update my plugins?

I update the the plugins the server-samp and the include an i re-compile it again but i have this error

download latest plugins!,includes! and re compile! the script!
