Reading players PMs. -

Hello,
Код:
(f) You may not violate the privacy of a player, service provider or server operator
by means of exposing passwords or identities without consent.
Does this admins or owners aren't allowed to read players PMs?

Their passwords, IP's, and other personal information? Don't disperse any of that. Keep it all in your databases. Hash passwords. Etcetera.

You are allowed to read them. You may not share their IP addresses out to the public.

IIRC IPs have been deemed as non personal information by some court... No sources on this atm, but will look for it

Of course not. "Invasion of privacy" in this context implies revealing identities, paasswords or certain personal information such as mail addresses, IPs or such which could lead to sensible information leak. Admins are allowed to read your PMs if they want to, there is nothing (at least in SA:MP ToS forbidding it). If this is your concern, use a 3rd party program to communicate such as Skype or TeamSpeak.

That's not, strictly-speaking, enforceable anyway, because it cannot be explicitly proven that the release of such information was due to the tortious negligence of a given server (except in large scale situations). Even if it was, there are few methods which allow the SA:MP team to put a stop to it.

I think that the quoted clausule refers to pishing stuff/player informations only, not for basical things like PMs, IDK I may be wrong.

Private Messages SA-MP wise aren't really private. You are knowingly sending information over a public server, it's not really private. A server has the right to log information and messages surely aren't anything private in this case.
