Unable to launch SAMP (Win 10) - Ben69 - 21.10.2015

My PC recently updated to Windows 10, and i can't launch samp anymore. I can open samp but when i click on "connect", nothing happens...
I have tried MANY way to fix this by searching on ******, but it still doesn't work..
I hope i get a solution here, HELP please!

Try deleting "gta_sa.set" file in Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files/
If not fixed, try moving your GTA to a shorter path like: D:\gta\

Windows 10 requires Direct Play. Download it from Microsoft!
If it doesn't work reinstall both(SAMP & GTASA)

So I just download > install that and try to connect to the server, is that's all?
Anything else to be done..?
I'll try that as soon as I get on the PC.

This is how my buddy does it
1. Set compability of gtasa.exe to Windows SP3
2. Start the game
3. Exit the game (or wait for it to crash, should crash right away)
4. Remove compability mode for gtasa.exe (untick the box)
5. Play

If that doesnt help just play around with compability
