Server Requesting connection cookie. [Spammed 41k times] - Kyle - 17.10.2015

I my server log, there's this log (below) that has spammed my console log 41k times for hours.

It's not even my server IP. I'm not sure what this even is.

I can confirm that this attacker spammed my server log too. There is over 1.4M lines in the log.
