can't connect to my server - malackovgfx - 12.10.2015

Hello so i made a fresh new server and i noticed that i can't connect to it, but the script is fine.
Also i disabled my firewall and port forwarded

what is the problem i mean any Error you're getting?
like Lost Connection to the server or any Error in your server log?

nothing wrong with the server log nor do i get lost connection

Check for server/client version mismatch.

I'm using the 0.3z R4 version of the server that i downloaded from dracoblue's website because i can't go on sa-mp.com it says that the web site is down :[

May be you are using wrong IP.
