Ok, When I compile a server and start it up in windows 7 and windows 8 I don't get this, But when I do it on my windows 10 PC it happens.

Obviously the SSCANF_IsConnected function isn't working. The first thing to do would be updating the plugin and then if that doesn't work downloading all the recent microsoft redistributable packages.
