TD doesn't support all special characters.
Any protect from crash when you say "~r~~"

That's weird dude, it's so so big, anyways it's so useless seeing as special characters aren't supported by textdraws, so it's likely that many countries wouldn't be able to read anything. Doesn't worth do this kind of system with textdraws for a while, if someday Kalcor release complete fonts for textdraws I'll surely make a better filterscript.
