Timeout each time any player stream near me ? -

Checking my ping each time before logging into the game.
Tried running the game as administrator, Removed the game and had clean re-install, damn, even re-installed me entire Windows 7 and installed everything all over again and still.
I never used to face this problem and running GTA SA on my other PC doesn't seem to face this problem.

Well, obviously streaming players takes some more network and PC power than idling without near players to process. One of your programs is probably(most likely something such as McAfee or another internet security application) detecting the SA-MP network application as bad and filtering it out / dropping it's packets.
Most likely not a bug with SA-MP.

When you alt tab, yes?
I have the exact same thing on Windows 10. No virus scanners at all. Also started out of the blue. I really wanna know what is causing this.
