How do Companys like Godaddy get their Domains? From where do Domains come before buying them.

No-one "gets" domains and they do not exist before they are bought. Domains are created by users via a registrar (e.g. GoDaddy or Namecheap) who registers everything with ICANN, the body that governs the Internet. A domain is registered for at least a year. If a domain expires it enters a grace period wherein the domain still exists and can be reactivated but all services stop working. If the domain isn't renewed in time it will be deleted and available again for someone else to register.

Don't waste money on domains. You can register one for free on FREENOM.

Okay, that's not how it really works, godaddy can use services like enom or any other domain registrar. They don't magically appear..
