Its presence issue is bugged that means you can't see who is online, everyone will appear as offline.
But you can still message and message will be received by the person who you sent to without any bugs in the real time. So you still can talk on Skype instantly but can't see who is online.

I think it is a sync problem because on my PC its appearing like it tries to sync my data but it can't

Yeah same.
It works on my phone but on my PC i couldn't see who's online, so i decided to log out, then i tried to log in and i can't lol, fk i can't chat with my bitches
