Hi I am not sure if I am at the correct section? But I would like to ask... Is it possible to start a server with totally 0 scripted? i want to have a RP server but not going to use anyone script so i would like to know if possible? then i can begin to build my own thing like new admin cmds and more..and how to create a server? the first thing to begin..i will appreciate that if can help me

well, its wrong section.
but let me tell you, You must have the gamemode to start a Server, i didn't got that point "totally 0 scripted"
You should learn the scripting before creating your own stuffs. Use wiki examples and review the RP scripts released on samp forum. Download the samp server package(0.3.7), there are gamemodes from which you can start or learn. Use ******* and other shits. Scripting is nothing if you learned it well.
