MySQL problem | Vortexservers.com - Vince123 - 15.09.2015

Hi, I am encountering this problem while trying to log in to phpmyadmin in vortexservers. The mail they sent me contained some mysql username, password, etc. I edited my script with the info they provided me. I try to log in and it shows me: #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server. I opened a ticket but fuck, they didn't reply. So please help me.
