need help loading gamemode - 1fret - 13.09.2015

I have made an game mode off an tutorial but which the gamemode complied and i have the plugins so it should work but i got this error.

I have use native checker and i notice this error but its a first im seeing it so i will be ****** in the mean time, but please can someone help me
